Abstract

Quantitative aspects about the composition of copper baths of steel wire nets and technological parameters used are presented in the second part of the paper. The mechanism of copper plating process is described and also the theoretical material balance for the three copper deposition technologies respectively galvanic deposition, electrochemical deposition without external power and deposition by chemical reduction, all described in the first part of the paper. The issue of automation copper plating bath for the latter technology is presented.
